I went yesterday in the afternoon and the guy that took my order seemed annoyed and was rude when I got to the window. I waiting over 5 mins to get my drinks, I looked over to the window and my drinks were sitting right there on the counter and didn?t even bother to hand them out the window, he was ignoring me. He didn?t even say ?have a nice day? or anything so I just drove off. I also ordered all my drinks with extra caramel drizzle and he didn?t even bother to make sure they had the extra so I had to go back inside and get a refund on the extra drizzle for all 5 drinks. I?ve worked at a drive thru store before and there was a lack of communication and professionalism.

I went to get a dragon drink with light ice and extra fruit. It took about 10 minutes to get my drink, which was quite a wait. The first drink I received had three shots in it for some reason, which I didn't like. I asked for a remake and had to wait another 10 minutes. Eventually, after a total of 20 minutes, I got a dragon drink with extra ice and the usual amount of fruit. To top it off, I was charged for the three shots I never requested. I'm losing faith in Starbucks.
Be aware when they hand out your food on a bag, the always missing items, I had to drive back all the way from home and they can?t remember me at the drive through window and still charged me for the sandwich. They all acted like nothing happened Shameon them. Show them the receipt and lady still said needed to scan my card, they got me again I see my account for another chargeeven after she said wouldn?t charge me again .

SUNSHINE!!!! Sunshine is incredibly sweet, and everyone at the restaurant is super friendly, but Sunshine truly makes my morning visits extra special. I come here every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning, and she is always there to greet me with a smile, saying my name which makes my visits feel more personal and meaningful. She’s fantastic! Everyone at this location is wonderful!
This is just the best Starbucks I've ever been to, and I've thought that each time I come. They are always getting CRUSHED first thing in the morning and yet their energy is absolutely vibing, they keep the air so positive, and are always so friendly, even being apologetic for the wait when they are just swamped. They are so kind. Just made my day today!

The interior of the Starbucks is tidy and well-organized. The staff members were all very friendly and eager to help. However, when I sat outside, I noticed that only two chairs were free from bird droppings. If the outdoor seating were cleaner, this Starbucks would definitely deserve a five-star rating.

Workers here seem to care more about drive thru orders than inside. Rushed and borderline
