We experienced some of the best customer service at the drive-thru during our visit. I ordered a Venti Americano, and it was exactly as I requested. We came to this location twice while we were in the area, and the same employee assisted us both times—if only we knew her name! Others could really learn from her example. As always, Starbucks delivers a pleasant experience. In Montrose, the staff is especially wonderful. It offers the trendy vibe of a big city coffee shop while still making you feel at home, like you're in a cozy small café. I absolutely love the staff!
I absolutely love this place! The morning team is fantastic; they've really made an effort to get to know me, my usual order, and my preferences. I don’t usually come in the afternoon, but their morning service keeps me coming back!
I had made a mistake and ordered at a wrong location. They still helped me out and prepared the coffee I had ordered. They were super friendly and made it seem like no biggie for them. I really appreciated it.

The drinks are very good with a variety of drinks. The service was perfect, you good order right away. The place looked fantastic with a lot of different chairs. The bathroom and whole place was very modern.
Spacious and the employees are all very friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue with getting dairy when I ask for plant milk either, which seems to escape every other Starbucks on the western slope.
The service is friendly, but it can be a bit slow. The quality of the food is consistently excellent. I personally prefer dining in rather than using the drive-thru.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and efficient! Their flat white coffee is absolutely delicious—definitely the best I've had!
