We make many online orders from Starbucks. That was one of the best experiences we had. Even though it was very busy at 8:00 as soon as we went to a barista, greeted us and asked the name for the order. She quickly checked us and said we were next. She gave us the drinks and food directly when they were ready and thanked us. It seems that this level of service is the culture in this starbuck. We're coming back!
Mostly quite well, but ordered a shaken espresso and they gave me a size in the value of Venti order, and gave me avocado spread instead of cream cheese 4 bagels. What was in the world, they thought. They accused the system, but avocado spread vs cream cheese is not a PC problem. Especially because they asked me to repeat what I verbally ordered two of them twice. I didn't order chips, salsa or wraps.
