The staff should be more respectful and refrain from being rude to customers. Given that you are a busy establishment, it would be advisable to have more personnel on hand to manage the demand.

Starbucks keep removing the comfy chairs and therefore I have quit going to most. Good drink and you still have comfy chairs.
