11/9/22 8:55am who is in charge of this place?! There is no reason why the girl at the drive thru window should be giving me attitude when I asked to have more chai concentrate added to my iced ?chai? latte that was all milk ice. I hate this location with all my heart. Absolutely never coming here again. They lack EVERYTHING. This is the worse Starbucks. I always want to give them chances because they?re the only one in Bell but it?s awful here. Wait time are INSANE. Go to Maywood if you can. The drive thru always moves at a reasonable pace. This location will have you waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru.
I would rate this place a -5 if I could. My nephew wanted to grab some Starbucks, which he saw on TikTok. When he placed his order, the guy named Anthony had such an attitude! I thought it would be a good experience for him to practice his people skills, but Anthony actually had the nerve to ask, “Are you done?” Seriously? This place seriously needs to work on their customer service skills. This has to be the worst restaurant I've ever been to!
The service is very slow. I placed a mobile order, and it took 25 minutes to receive it. I decided to give them another chance since they were quite busy during my first visit, so I thought it wouldn't take too long this time. I was mistaken. It took 30 minutes to get my mobile order again, and there weren't many customers this time.
Best Starbucks drink ever we asked for a mystery drink. He gave me this. This is the best thing I've ever had. We had really good service. They were really kind to us. I will say I will come to the Starbucks every day.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I waited 40 minutes for my drink and still didn't receive it. I wouldn't recommend this location—you're just going to waste your time here.
My cousins prefer to hang out here instead of at my place, and every time they come over, they have to wait a really long time. That's why I'm only giving it three stars!
Took way too long to get a drink. We waited about 45 minutes for two drinks. I don’t know who is managing, but there is way too little employees.
One of my favorite drinks at this restaurant is the pineapple lemonade. It's absolutely delicious and incredibly refreshing!
