Waited in the drive through line, behind about 6 other cars. Line moved very slowly, although that's not unusual. Made it to the ordering section 20+ minutes later, and kept waiting to hear an employee speak. The person who was in the car in front of me left the line and was kind enough to go back around the drive thru to tell all the waiting cars that the employees left the building and no one was there. I'm not sure why this particular Starbucks location (Greenbrook. NJ) has so much trouble keeping employees.
I ordered 3 items only received 2/3. The grande drink was small, like half the size of a water bottle the muffin was also mini sized, even smaller than a reg. size hair elastic. I paid $18 w/ fee/tax/tip for 2 tiny items. I was up-charged another $1.45 to sub Almond milk for Oat milk bc im allergic. I couldn't receive a full credit for an item I never even got bc then I would loose the $3 off $15 promo... how exactly is that my fault?! I never leave reviews but I feel like I was scammed!
Was not happy with the service I received at the Greenbrook Starbucks. I got there approx. 30 min before they closed and the Barista seemed annoyed that we were there. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon frappe , they had no whipped cream, they gave me the drink without a straw and it was watery. And to make matters worse there were 3 staff members just standing around looking like they were socializing instead of making my drink. Never again!
This spot at this hour was probably not the best time to come here, but when the Drive-thru is backed up, you can?t even get in to grab an open parking space to avoid the drive-thru, so if you?re entering you?re committed because you can?t back out to leave. No online order-ahead available through Starbucks app either, so had to wait once I could park. Coffee was still good though #silverliningsaturdays Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The line is always long at any time. I go there every single day because is the closest to me but they are disrespectful and rude my drinks are wrong at least 30% of the time. They have a lot new people that need to be properly trained. Nothing compared to the Bridgewater location I love them.
The people here are so nice! The cheese danish so good. I always order the same, decaf Frappuccino, but for some reason lately, it?s been tasting like old coffee. I?m not sure if it?s because it?s decaf, but it?s a bit strong. Other then that! Great experience always! Love it here.
I ordered tje Chocolate Cookie Crumble Crème Frappuccino from Starbucks, and in the details of the drinkit days it comes with whipped cream, and my pregnat wife has been craving the drink with whipped cream. And when it arrived there was no whipped cream.
