I admit I don't understand a few comments. This Starbuck is clean and the few times that is not the case, it is due to us: consumers. The team is very friendly and they remember regulars. In peak hours, they do their best. In these moments, mistakes sometimes occur (but it is rare) and it is enough to tell them politely to correct it.
