I also inquired whether they could prepare a matcha latte in a trenta cup, because I've had that done multiple times in my city. Kat informed me that they couldn’t do it since there was no pricing for it, but if I ordered a tall and a venti, she could place it in a trenta cup. I felt bad for complicating my order, but I agreed to avoid confrontation, even though it seemed like they were overcharging me for a drink I usually enjoy every day.

This location is always fast and friendly, I have another location closer to me but choose to go here because they are the best. The manager is always sweet and her staff always goes above and beyond. Makes my day every time! To the person who commented about 'showing the manager and other employees how to be a business owner '...might want to revisit your own skills since the non-Starbucks people were still smoking behind the nail salon business just today (which is also next to the drive thru sign), not sure how/why you 'd expect Starbucks to intervene, clearly not their problem.
Trying to have a decent relaxing time with my drinks and pastry inside but it seems like there's a group of Card playing/scrabbles games and the group of guys are very very very very noisy and annoying mixing their scrabbles on the table. I have heard from others about this adult gamers inside this Starbucks. I am not sure why they allow them to take over their coffee shop. If they want to be so loud and noisy they should be outside. Not pleasant to stay inside to relax during my visit. Ambiance is not good.
Despite of everyone negative comments. I give them 5 stars plus! The staff welcomes you upon arriving and if you're a regular customer they know you by name which very impressed because some already know your order. Love the selection of food and pastries you have when you're on the go! This location is clean and you get to know everyone who goes there on a daily basis. Great music every time I go in! I have two favorite Starbucks locations, and this is definitely one of them for several reasons. The staff here is amazing! My coffee is always prepared just the way I like it, and my mobile orders are ready as soon as I walk in—I never have to wait. Plus, they play fantastic music! Great customer service is my top priority, and this store has such a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you all for creating a wonderful ambiance!
I really enjoy this place! They are quick and consistently get my order correct. I typically use the drive-thru, so this review is based on those experiences. Even when the line is a bit long, it moves quickly and efficiently. My orders are always prepared perfectly!
I would have rated this place 5 stars, but it frequently doesn't stay open during the advertised hours. It's quite frustrating to drive to Starbucks based on their posted hours only to find them closed early.
Clean drive thru, friendly staff. I ordered a total of 5 drinks they came put in good timing and they all tasted delicious
