I just got back from the Reisterstown Rd. Starbucks. The young lady that worked the drive through window between 3:20p-3:45p seems to absolutely detest her job.She was snippy on the intercom when I placed my order: venti hot matcha with coconut milk, 2 pumps of vanilla, and warmed banana nut bread.I pull up to the window, she tells me my total then holds the payment system slightly out of my reach, as I struggle to insert my card twice. I did not tip) I receive the approval, say thank you, her respond “hmm mm.”She comes back with my “room temperature” banana nut bread. Again, I say thank you, this time no response. Then she returns with my matcha, again barely extends it to me. *I didn’t bot...
I am truly puzzled by the ratings for this location (Store 733). The service here is outstanding. The staff is hardworking and attentive, consistently following instructions when preparing drinks. They are also very responsive to customer needs. I visit this location often—about three to four times a week—at various times throughout the day. It's clear to me that the general manager has an exceptional team, as her leadership shines through whether she’s present or not. I believe this is the best Starbucks in the area; I often choose to drive past the one closest to my home to get here. Don’t let the negative reviews dissuade you; give this place a try. You won’t regret it!
The service here is definitely not on par with other Starbucks locations nearby. My coffee spilled all over the outside of the cup, and they had run out of sleeves. Instead of doubling up the cups, I ended up holding a hot, sticky cup. The cashier barely said a word during my visit. I usually don't expect service like you'd find at a budget fast-food restaurant when I go to Starbucks, but that’s exactly what I experienced today.
Horrible service by the cashier. She speaks Spanish and was not helpful at all. She was very very rude, responding back by being smart and she did not take into consideration what I was saying. My order was incorrect and she did not fix it nor gave me my money back. I order Starbucks everyday and this is not right at all.

The bathrooms were very clean and the baristas were very sweet. Lobby was clean and my table wasn't dirty.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the entrance, the bathrooms are spacious and there is room to wait in line. You can also easily move a chair and fit a wheelchair at one of the tables.
Great service but unfortunately they were advertising a drink they didn't have. I suggested that they should take the huge sign outside the door down and the guy behind the cash register looked at me like I was crazy. Oh well. Other than that issue everything was wonderful.
There is no customer service at this location. I walked in when the store was empty and stood at the register for about 5 minutes and no one said a word to me. And when someone finally did acknowledge me, they barely made eye contact. What is happening?
The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The taste of everything is just nasty almost a dirt taste. I have ordered several different drinks as well as my family. Nothing is good here nothing ! Sad I have wasted so much money here !
