I've been visiting this place for quite some time, and I can confidently say they rarely get my order wrong. Mistakes happen, which is completely understandable, but for the most part, their service is excellent. The staff is always friendly to my mom and me. I typically order an iced caramel macchiato with light ice and an extra pump of caramel, or an acai lemonade refresher, both of which are delicious! There are plenty of spots indoors to work on assignments or simply relax. The outdoor area is fantastic as well, especially on sunny days, featuring a fountain and about 30 tables where you can enjoy time with family and friends. Normally my favorite. The guy at the register who this is about is clearly not paying attention and ordering the wrong items and referring wrong gender w names. Really unclear why Starbucks needs to refer to gender at all but if you so feel inclined please get it right especially when it is obvious. Not apologizing after being corrected is even more of a reason to feel compelled to let Starbucks know that employee training needs to incorporate customer satisfaction and experience as something of importance beyond the money you make off the public.
In my last two experiences sending my husband to pick up our drinks (since he insists on only getting those), I haven't received the correct amount of syrup I asked for, nor any whipped cream. It's surprising because I usually order more complex drinks without any problem. I just can't figure out why there seems to be an issue with such a simple order.
I drove 10 minutes to your location, even though there’s a Starbucks right by my office, just to get the IMPOSSIBLE SANDWICH. I placed my order through the app, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told it was unavailable. You should really update your system like other Starbucks locations do.

This is a typical Starbucks, however the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The two guys working there this Thursday must be new because they had no idea what they were doing and were extremely rude. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
I really enjoy the outdoor seating! I wish Starbucks would reintroduce patio furniture to create a nice spot for socializing and reading a book in the beautiful California weather. Food: 4/5, Service: 4/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
It was a bit challenging to locate, and there isn’t a drive-thru option. However, the food was exceptional (5/5), the service was outstanding (5/5), and the atmosphere was fantastic (5/5)!
The food, service, and atmosphere are consistently excellent. It feels like a second home or office for me. The staff is always fantastic and eager to assist.
