I absolutely love Starbucks, but I’m giving it three stars instead of five due to my experience with a barista named Kelsey, as indicated on her apron. I ordered my drink through the mobile app ahead of time, and when I walked in, I noticed that my order had been placed just four minutes ago. I was prepared to wait a little, so I patiently did so without saying anything. Eventually, another barista asked for my order, and I politely responded that I had ordered a hot venti Vanilla Latte. This hidden gem of a Starbucks can be found on Route 4 West in the 35 Plaza. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making each visit enjoyable. I've been here a couple of times, especially after shopping at the Bergen Outlet Center. I love stopping by for a tall Blonde Roast coffee in a grande cup, paired with a vegan bagel and two servings of grass-fed butter. This place truly feels like a sanctuary amid the hustle and bustle of Route 4. Plus, with Chipotle Mexican Grill located at the other end of the Plaza, it's a perfect pairing, reminiscent of the Starbucks Reserve in Closter Plaza. I absolutely adore this spot!
This is a nice little, but usually crowded Starbucks tucked away almost in the corner of 35 Plaza on rt 17W. Sometimes parking space can be hard to find. Generally, lots of laptoppers hogging table space. Of course, that's pretty much par for the course at all Starbucks. Good service. Not a big fan of their overpriced pastries but do like the coffees. This Starbucks has the most penny-pinching barista. I ordered grande iced espresso with extra cold foam in a venti cup. The barista handed me this exact-grande-leveled drink. All the other Starbucks I previously visited would make the venti cup almost full with mostly espresso, but this Starbucks is just way too stingy.
I had an amazing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly welcoming, always managing to put a smile on my face. They also make your coffee and drinks very quickly, making each visit truly enjoyable. I would definitely rate it a 5-star experience!
I always have a great experience at Starbucks, and today was no exception. I enjoyed a delicious strawberry frappuccino made by a fantastic female barista.
