I ABSOLUTELY LOVE STARBUCKS the reason i am giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because there was a Barista by the name of Kelsey from what i saw in her apron had a serious attitude problem I ordered my drink through the mobile app ahead of time as im walking in through the door i took a look at the time and see that my order had been put in 4 minutes ago i expected to wait a little no big deal and so i did waited patiently didn?t say a word until another barista asked me what i ordered i politely answered her and told her a hot venti Vanilla Latte Kelsey then takes it upon herself to say my name out loud i answer ?yes? she then replies ?Yeah you ordered your drink 3 minutes ago you need to wait...
Quite and little known Starbucks Coffee on the Rt 4 west in the 35 Plaza. Friendly and pleasant staffs. I’ve there couple times now. Especially after I visited the Bergen Outlet Center and I would come here to enjoy the Blonde Roast tall coffee in a grande cup and vegan bagel with two grass-fed butters. I can tell you that I absolutely love this place. This place is like a sanctuary in a busy Rt 4. There is a Chipotle Mexican foods in the other end of the Plaza, so it’s a perfect combination just like the Starbucks Reserve in the Closter Plaza.
This is a nice little, but usually crowded Starbucks tucked away almost in the corner of 35 Plaza on rt 17W. Sometimes parking space can be hard to find. Generally, lots of laptoppers hogging table space. Of course, that's pretty much par for the course at all Starbucks. Good service. Not a big fan of their overpriced pastries but do like the coffees.
This Starbucks has the most penny-pinching barista. I ordered grande iced espresso with extra cold foam in a venti cup. The barista handed me this exact-grande-leveled drink. All the other Starbucks I previously visited would make the venti cup almost full with mostly espresso, but this Starbucks is just way too stingy. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Workers at this Starbucks were very pleasant. I came in around closing (not on purpose) and they were still happy to serve me. I realized after the fact and felt terrible but definitely didn?t notice because of the employees who had a great attitude. I?d go back if in the area.
Best customer service the staff is very welcoming and always puts a smile on my face and very fast making your coffee and drinks the experience every-time is well worth it , definitely a 5 star !!!
Saturdays are VERY busy at this store, but the staff works diligently to keep up with the online orders and the long line in the store.
