I've been to this location before and the service was fast. However, this Saturday was a different experience. I waited about five minutes, with only two people ahead of me in line, when one of the three employees informed us that it would take a while because they had 16 orders to fulfill. There were also quite a few people standing around waiting for their orders. I had planned to place my order and then do some shopping, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to wait for all those orders to be completed before I could place mine.
This was so watery ????! I feel like leaving a 0 but that?s not possible so l left a 1!!! I ordered an iced Chai Tea latte, originally the medium comes with 3 pumps so I asked for 8 and still it was watery. How?????? Starbucks is not cheap at all so I expect to get close to what I asked for. I even had family taste it and even they were disappointed. I?ve been here quite a few times because of the convenience it has being in a Kroger and each time is the same thing. SMH!!!
This location really needs to improve, considering it's inside a Kroger. There's nothing wrong with the employee; I totally get why she's moving at a steady, slower pace. She's the only one making all the drinks correctly without rushing, and honestly, I would do the same in her position! If you're going to be in a busy grocery store, you really should have enough staff instead of relying on just one person. I'm only here because I have to wait anyway.
My new favorite feature is that you can finally order ahead through the app! I've always enjoyed the great coffee here. With the option to order ahead, you no longer have to worry about long lines. I really appreciate the gift card options! This place is always located in a great community, near airports, or at my favorite travel destinations. They serve breakfast and coffee all day at the café. The bistro is perfect for both business meetings and casual meetups.
Kroger NEVER have enough batistas on shift. 2 people, one doin trash and one making drinks/ ringing. He was great and doing his best however the line was forever-kind-of Long! My daughter loved her drink. KROGER!!!! STOP!!! OVER!!! WORKING!!! YOUR!!! CREW!!!
I tried the dragon fruit drink, and it was so delicious that I've started making it at home! I absolutely love it, and it's really good for you too. Just Google it if you're interested!

Wait is constantly too long, they have attitude and they don't make the cold brew. I'll just skip it and buy it from the cooler in the back now.
