This morning at 7:15 a.m., I ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato, something I've enjoyed for years. However, this time was very disappointing. It tasted watered down, like it only contained water and caramel. Now, at 10:08, I'm still struggling to finish it, as I don't want to waste my money by throwing it away—though it feels like a waste regardless. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to return to the store since I was on my way to Greeley. I tried calling the store multiple times, but there was no answer. Writing this review seems to be the only way to express my concerns.
What Starbucks doesn't have a bathroom??? I've been coming to this location for years and suddenly they claim there's no bathroom?! Wish I would have known this before I ordered my drinks. I would have gladly taken my business elsewhere. Won't be using this location again. It astonishes me the lack of customer service companies have nowadays. They've gotten so spoiled with business they literally feel they have no obligation to provide any customer service anymore. customer service is non-existent in America. Truly concerning and disheartening
Starbucks, what part of this drink looks like light ice? I asked for an iced coffee with light ice. Instead I got a cup full of ice with some coffee.Your inability to complete such a simple order highlights your lack of attention to detail. Or maybe it’s simple comprehension of what is on the order ?…I certainly won’t be back.
Hope you’re not disabled because if you are, this establishment is not for you. They have no bathrooms and have no seating, thats means no wifi and getting no work done here. But hey drinks are still full priced! What a pathetic starbucks. Reported to corporate as this is not the starbucks experience.

My daughter and I just arrived in Denver for vacation and stopped by this Starbucks right after getting off the train. The staff member at the drive-thru was incredibly nice and friendly. Our drinks were just right, and the line moved quickly. It was a wonderful welcome for us!
Some of their store photos show chairs. There are no chairs anymore. So don't waste your time thinking you can walk in, sit down, and drink a coffee. Even though that's what the posted pictures show.
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. There were no restroom facilities available, and the staff was quite rude. Additionally, my Uber Eats order wasn't ready when I arrived.
My order was a little messed up but the service was friendly enough. As it's the holidays in a big tipper no matter what but i do think these guys could step it
