Very disappointed with the very expensive limited edition Disneyland Paris cup I bought from this Starbucks in the Santa Fe hotel. It was a present for my wife who really wanted it but when she poured water in it for the first time it cracked, even though it’s supposedly ‘Microwave and dishwasher safe’. Waste of €20 and no response from customer service when I e-mailed them as advised. Back in the UK now so obviously can’t go back. Thanks for nothing Starbucks.
One of the waitresses made more than 2 euros in 2 centime coins to my 11-year-old girl who came to buy a bottle of water... all that makes a lot of pieces that can’t be done then I called the establishment is the manager who answers me, after being pissed on the phone and telling him that he would never have done this to an adult and he’s going to calm down on the situation and refusing to make the change

Came to the store at 1053.
