The team here is wonderful, including the carhops and cooks, who really make the work environment enjoyable. Their sense of humor and camaraderie make me look forward to coming to work every day, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Whenever I'm unsure about what to do, the managers take the time to explain things clearly and have provided helpful checklists to guide us. Once you get the hang of things, everything else becomes much easier.
A piece of advice for new hires: make sure to put in some effort right from the start instead of just standing around. I'm grateful for this opportunity!
The food here is decent, but they frequently act like they’re closing early. I arrived 30 minutes before closing after barely getting off work, and when I pressed the button to order, they just turned off the open sign and tried to hide. In the end, I had to rush to Sonic down the street, where they were more than happy to serve me. I spent 30 minutes waiting outside with other frustrated customers.
I had a great experience with the service here; it was both prompt and efficient. The managers are quick to respond, the cooks are exceptional, and the staff works efficiently. The quality of the food is outstanding. Everyone is incredibly friendly and excels in their roles. I truly enjoy the food and the overall quality!
The card machine was either not working, the systems were down, or no one was answering the speaker, making it seem like they hoped customers would just leave. I'm not sure who manages that location, but they really need to hire different staff. The daytime employees are fantastic, but the night staff needs improvement.

The carhops here are fantastic! They're super friendly and always on the move. However, I think the food could be improved considering the prices. I visit about once or twice a week since it's conveniently located on my way home from work. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the place and plan to keep going every week.

I visited during my lunch break and was pleased with how quickly the service was. I didn’t have much time, so that was a relief. The staff was very friendly and offered great suggestions for what to order. I will definitely be returning!
