The location is in an old gas station. It's a cool location but can be cramped inside when busy. They do have a patio in the warmer months. The food is great. They have several different pizza options as well as a good assortment of appetizers and a few different salads. The pizza is a thin crust pizza that can come in either a 12 or 16 size. I work on a utility construction crew and we were doing work outside the restaurant, which required us to make a mess of their patio. The owner wasn't thrilled about the situation, but he surprised us with free pizzas for lunch. They were delicious, with a perfectly crispy thin crust, the right amount of cheese, and very fresh toppings. The jalapeños were clearly fresh and sliced just right.
Looking to new pizza options we called for a pickup. The pizza was a thin crust, but not crisp. The sauce had no depth of flavor no spice no sweetness. The cheese was barely melted. I seemed to be undercooked. Nothing special about the pizza. Location, conversion of the gas station very nice. A call to Logan and he confirmed this. I agreed to order again
Brussle sprouts were delicious. Pizza: BTO was orginal and tasty. There were several other pizzas with interesting flavors to try next time. Cheese curds, Cheese bread.....standard issue.
