I love Steak Escape Healthy Bowl... I got the Cajun Bowl and the Sweet Teriyaki Crunch Bowl there are not many restaurants that have vegetables that are healthy for you and delicious at the same time! Their Chocolate Chip Cookies are huge and yummy! The only thing that I dont like is that they took their $2.99 Salad off the Menu that sort of made up the difference in their added delivery fee of $7.99 even if you pay a Doordash monthly fee so that you will dont have to pay a delivery fee so you can get your food delivered for free! sandwiches were decent. Service not so much dined in, paid for coke, and got water. Didn't want a refund, maybe just a bottle water instead the manager stone faced, who I think is the franchise owner just gave us the money back without saying a word. We didn't want to drink Jackson water but if they were out of soda we would have taken a bottled one instead of taking money back from a small business. ZERO for customer service
I ask for blue chesse when place my order. As everyone see i have it on the receipt. When I got my food no blue cheese was added and this not the first time this have happened at this location. So when I ask for some blue cheese a lady step to the window with a slick attitude as if I didn?t no what I was talking about. I use to love their chicken bites because real chicken is used. It looks like they are cutting back on quality on due to receiving McDonald type nuggets on my visit 8/20/23. The nuggets did not taste like real chicken. With the high prices of food I would like quality food. Be cautious on ordering chicken bites. They do not look like the nuggets on the menu. Normally the food is good but the service is slow every time. The review is basically for the salad I just ordered. I said all cold veggies except jalapeños on spring mix, add egg. And this is what I got! Just gave me what they wanted me to have. Please do better!

Workers were very rude to me in drive thru. Order was correct and food was yummy. Service was terrible. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I won't be going back.

I thoroughly enjoyed these fries. It was very flavorful and filling. The Buffalo Chicken Fries were my favorite. I'm definitely having it again.
