The food was GREAT, but hospitality goes a long way, the tall lady who’s been working there forever needs to learn how to show some! Upon arriving to pick up my 4 sandwiches, a couple who comes into my place of work to eat were leaving decided to speak to me, as I way paying for my order. I could tell the lady at the register was irritated that I was speaking to them, as I tried to pay for my food, kept interrupting us, as if she couldn’t wait a second! I have ordered from this restaurant twice through Grubhub, and both times my order was either canceled or not delivered after 1.5 hours of waiting. I tried placing another order, but the restaurant refused to serve me due to issues with Grubhub. They mentioned that my order had been canceled twice by Grubhub, so they would not fulfill it. I even spoke to the staff, who informed me that the owner made this decision because of the canceled orders. I have no control over Grubhub's actions, and I had multiple orders canceled while waiting. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and discrimination I experienced. I will not be ordering delivery or returning to this restaurant.
The restaurant was okay. The Philly cheesesteak was lacking in meat, which was disappointing as I was looking forward to trying it. I ordered a 12-inch sandwich, but there was barely enough meat for half of it. The fries were great, but I was let down by the lack of meat in the sandwich, which was overloaded with mayo and other flavors. All three sandwiches we ordered were disappointingly lacking in meat. I would not recommend this place.
