BEST BURGER I 'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!!! We 're from Texas and Whataburger reigns...here in Jonesboro, Arkansas Steak 'n Shake reigns!!!! We ate here yesterday inside with full fantastic service! Our server was OUTSTANDING! Everyone working at 3:00 pm was above and beyond friendly and professional. The restaurant is super clean which is a HUGE thing with me. Ok....now to the food. Not only did we eat there yesterday, we went through the drive-thru this morning on our way back to Texas. Again, fantastic service!!!! We are so impressed! Fresh food, fast paced delivery while super busy on a Friday. Staff decently friendly Store is clean. Two staff members asked if I needed help while waiting for a door dash order.
