Steak N Shake - Tisch reservieren

a good example for a corp. the chain is destroyed by the high school level service workers. eating is great, but ordering to get right is a challenge. 4 of 5 times asked for all fixins except cheese. guess what? instead I don't get a fixine and pure cheese on the burger! waitress used a walmart pad to take their order and screw it every time. where is the pre-printed check box ordering sheet most large cos. use. not to screw a job?!

ordered frisco melt and double steak burger combos. meat and fry portions were small compared to other burger pitches, but the cost was about 1/3 less for two people. burger tasted great, but pommes had no flavor. birthday cake was delicious. parking: many parking spaces and even tesla electric charging stations

Great experience!! Mic was a little hard to hear on the drive through but we got our order!! Order was accurate and the lady working the window was very nice! One of the rare things you see these days in customer service is a good attitude. She even gave be a fry sample for the dog!!

eating here is in order, but customer service is the best I ever had. I never took care of me or visited. the woman assigned to us was full of warmth and love. she was helpful and friendly. I would come back a million more times to find out what she has delivered.

very slow service, even if restaurant is empty, eating is cold and miss the half of my order every time, in any case went down hills in the last few years to use this place to love
