It's been awhile since I have eaten here. I had a gift card so I ordered double cheeseburger and fries online got takeout. I was surprised when as soon as I placed the order, it said my order was ready. That has never happened to me before. When I got there I could not receive my order through the drive through window, was told instead to come inside. I was not prepared to go inside. Being that they are located in Columbus, I had to wear a face mask to go inside due to the pandemic. Fortunately, I had a face mask available. Once inside, I was immediately greeted. food was cold. the banana shake is terrible it isn't a real banana shake at all it's a ton of artificial flavoring. one of the burgers had a strip and a half of bacon which is ridiculous. will definitely be sticking to five guys.
ordered a medium fry with my food and the container wasn't even half way filled. other than that they always have good food, just dont understand why they slack on that when everything else is pretty good.
We crave this 1x a month. We girls get together and get a #1 or #2 each! At this location we have not had any issues. We specifically come here. That tells you everything...it's a drive for us too. Lol

The butter double steak combo was fresh, hot, and well proportioned. The shakes were fresh and just the right amount of frozen. It came on time and everything was perfect.

I don't like the ordering machines. They made many mistakes. What's important though, is that they made up for the mistakes.
The milkshake was perfect!!! It was the right temperature, and they put the right amount of whipped cream on it.
