We recently went to Whobert for the first time. We were greeted very nicely and shown straight to the table. When we asked if the music could be made a little quieter, we were told that of course it would be made quieter because we were sitting directly under the speaker and it was a little too loud. Plus point We ordered the menu twice, the portions were too much for us, but the selection was excellent and the taste was 5 We had the remaining dishes packed up for us to take home. We also really liked the service, very attentive and friendly. The ambience is modern and fresh, but a little cold for me, you could do a little more in the back area. Ich hatte eine Reservierung für eine Veranstaltung im Steakmeisterei vorgenommen und im Voraus bezahlt. Leider wurde die Veranstaltung seitens des Restaurants kurzfristig abgesagt. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen habe ich bisher keine Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrags erhalten. Weder per E-Mail noch telefonisch war eine Kontaktaufnahme erfolgreich, und es wurde keine Lösung angeboten. Ich finde es enttäuschend, dass bei Absagen seitens des Restaurants keine Rückerstattung erfolgt. Dieses Verhalten empfinde ich als wenig kundenorientiert, weshalb ich in Zukunft auf weitere Buchungen verzichten werde.
Ich war spät am Abend dort, die Küche war fast schon geschlossen. Trotzdem habe ich geschaut, was noch verfügbar ist, und bekam einen köstlichen Snack – einfach fantastisch! Tolles Ambiente, beim nächsten Mal komme ich auf jeden Fall für ein Steak wieder. Vielen Dank für die Mühe! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Das Essen war ziemlich teuer. Gut zubereitet und geschmacklich völlig in Ordnung, aber für den Preis habe ich mehr erwartet. Der Service war gut.
