Neu eröffnet in Sion. Dieses Restaurant ist eines der besten in der Stadt. Die Lage ist nicht die ideale, an der Ecke einer geschäftigen Kreuzung ohne Aussicht, aber das Innendesign macht sicherlich für sie. Weiche Beleuchtung, bequeme Stühle und gute Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich, aufmerksam, aber diskret. Der Service war schnell, wir mussten nicht warten, trotz der Resaturante verpackt. Das Essen war köstlich. Wir hatten die Antipasto, dann die Moule und Tagliata. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Moule waren frisch. Das Fleisch war sehr zart, sehr würzig. Wirklich gut, kann sich nicht beschweren. First time in this lovely restaurant. The employees are very helpful and the atmosphere is pleasant. We were very well received. The dishes were very good, the only downside was the quantities. We had a foie gras starter and found the quantity a little small. Same thing for the lobster pasta dish, the quantity of dough was good but it said 1/2 shelled lobster and there was only the claw and a few extra bits…. We were a little disappointed. On the other hand, it was very good and very well presented.
2nd disappointment on the last two passages. During the 1st, on site, the service was friendly but outdated, and one of the dishes was inedible (as noted by the server, but without an offer); the 2nd, taken away, arrived 20' after the announced time, in two stages (so part of it was cold), and 2 of the 3 shrimps charged extra CHF 7.50 were still gray and therefore not cooked... There has a good background, but the involvement is not shared by all team members. There is degradation over time.
Excellent in all areas: welcome, cuisine, service (a little overwhelmed sometimes when the restaurant is full, especially at the end of the meal to get the bill , decoration and rather warm atmosphere. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen. Hervorragende 4-Käse-Pizza und ausgezeichnetes Eis. Es ist besser, einen Tisch zu reservieren, da es oft voll ist.
