We have taken an incognito menu with 5 dishes: entry (extraordinarily expensive salmon cooked in marinade on a bed of caviar and legumes,) fish dish (bar cooked at low temperature on a soup of small peas,) meat dish (fried veal with a meliorated polenta,) pre dessert and dessert (biscuit with pistachio with red fruit). the cuisine of this restaurant is refined, sought after and original. Even if it can be criticised to put the flavors a little too much on the same tone, the same level in the mouth (a lot of softness), the dishes are a real treat. With simple and sober decoration, welcoming and smiling staff, this restaurant deserves its star. a try with friends,...
One day a week with friends we wanted to enjoy ourselves in a good restaurant renowned as the one that incognito on caen!It is a successful discovery, the setting is pleasant, exotic and spacious, the room staff is professional and pleasant. As for the menu it was fantastic, surprising but exquisite alliances, everything is mastered, nothing to say about the meal.Thank you to the carbon stephane leader who even took the time to chat with us, and explained his course, it was great, this establishment deserves extensively its michelin macaron, and it is with pleasure that I will ask my entourage to come back again!!
We often hear about this star of the michelin! So to celebrate a special event, we booked a table for 2 here.Very good reception, by a young team, that we might even feel stressed to do well. Several menus, including an incognito, to be discovered once served, and a vegetarian, for which I chose. The flavors are there, it seems small, but we eat at his hunger. It's refined, well-developed, but I was expecting better. It was a good dinner for a great occasion, but the addition finally remains too salty for what we ate. we will test the new establishment of the chief, hope, in the name very promising.
with great luck we park in front of the establishment which is a few minutes walk from the centre. restaurant with taste, warm and warm atmosphere. I opted for the blue lobster menu at 98 euros and my wife the incognito menu at 68 euros. impeccable service and sommelier made us discover some wines that perfectly match with my dishes. From beginning to end I feel a mastery of cooking and dishes but not a real spark. 220 euros the addition... a little too expensive compared to the very good kitchen, but which seems to me a little overrated. Chief not present during our visit.

We have chosen the menu "saveur en incognito." we have been surprised by the most succulent dishes of each other, tatare of salmon, fillet of st stone cream of small mint peas a sublime feast, filet de beoeuf excellent, pre dessert and dessert perfect and the wines selected with each dish. not to mention a warm welcome, an irreproachable service. It was really perfect. but this notice does not transmit the flavor then you only have to test and I assure you that you will be enchanted. Bravo to this great leader and all his team.
