I have passed by this restaurant many times, but finally decided to try it last night after smelling the barbecue from down the street. I ordered the chicken and rib combo with rice and beans, along with a side of cabbage and carrots. The portion size was generous, and I was happy with the meat to rice/beans ratio. The meat was tender and flavorful, and I especially enjoyed dipping it in the garlic sauce I purchased for an extra charge. The only downside was the vegetables, which were boiled without seasoning and a bit soggy. Next time, I will skip the extra vegetables and stick to the two sides included with the meal. I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I was extremely disappointed to receive only one rib and a piece of chicken for my half order, especially after spending over $40. When I contacted the owner for assistance, she directed me to call the hillside location instead, which I found unacceptable since she is the owner. I received no compensation and will never dine at any of her restaurants again. My half and half chicken and rib combo came with no barbecue sauce or utensils, not even a napkin. When I called to address the issue, the staff I spoke to was very rude.
I ordered 2 trays paid 50 dollars and they gave me stale fries chicken was not fresh and por ribs where burnt rice was also old took 40 minutes take my order also no gloves where worn I notice employee cleaned the cutting tray he used the knife to pick up the dirt from tray and put in garbage tap the garbage can with knife and then whent to proceed to cut up chicken with same knife run run run run do not enter
We placed an order for delivery, but after waiting for one hour, the restaurant called and said they couldn't deliver because we were too far away. We were only 20 minutes away, while the restaurant was just eight minutes away. I had ordered from there before and had a very bad experience with their service. I love getting takeout from this restaurant. The food is delicious. Sometimes it's difficult to reach them by phone due to a busy line, but the overall experience is excellent! The service is quick, the atmosphere is nice, and I highly recommend trying the BBQ Chicken. The average price per person for lunch is $10-20.

there was a long waiting period that I told 20 minutes and when I left 30 minutes later, forget that I ordered everything together, then I'll get dry.
