Last night I was looking to take my fiancé out for the nicest steak dinner that we could get within 100km of our town. We went to Sterling for the first time, we both said that it was the best steak we have ever had in our lives. On top of the delicious food, our friendly server Pascal made the experience even better with his unique drinks. I would highly recommend Sterling to anyone that is looking for high quality dining.
It's been a while since I've had a decent steak. Can safely claim that my time there has been the best service I've had all year thanks to Myriam and Shaw-Michael, they're passionate, dedicated and focused individuals who go up and down flights of stairs for their customers.Lastly the place looks amazing, great views, great historical venue. Perfect spot for a fancy date. You will be treated like royalty and nothing less.
They say it the first Sterling, but really wouldn't go back. A bottle of wine was was $60 no worth it. Steak was really small and I add Scallops no flavor at at all. Food was subpar for the price paid. My potato and vegetables were cold, steak nice and hot but at this price point I expected perfection. Salad was drowning in a very tasty dressing, a little more attention to detail would have gone a long way The service was really good.Parking: Great easy access to free parking

This spot is overrated and overpriced. The outdoor view is good. Washrooms not clean. This place needs a huge facelift.
