The waiter Mike was awesome. The bartenders were super quick with our drinks when we first got there. The hostess was sweet. So service was stars. My boyfriend said the bread was fantastic. We had the Valentineâs Day pre fix menu. I had the char broiled oysters which were good but a little too salty. My bf had the seared tuna salad which he said was good. For dinner I had the beef oso bucco with saffron risotto. I liked the beef not the risotto. He had the duck and again said it was good. Brownie dessert and poached pear dessert were just ok. Food was outstanding! Very inventive, fresh, seasonal ingredients. The owner came over during our meal and was friendly chatty. The chef, Ingrid also came to speak with us after we complimented her to the owner, Russell Stern. She was also gracious and happy to spend a few moments with our table. We will definitely look forward to returning soon. There were so many tempting entrees I will be excited to try something different next time.
Canât say enough great things this restaurant! They go above and beyond making your dining experience great! The food Never disappoints. We have tried many dishes as well as daily specials and itâs always amazing!! Chef Ingrid and team are exceptional!!
Overall very good service, atmosphere, apps and entries (wasnât thrilled with tuna special but everything else was very good). It was a little pricey but will try again. Many interesting plates to try.

excels as always. space was packed as always. russell has a great thing. there is nothing else in the opposite, that compares and it is still our place. the burned oysters should die!
Really enjoyed the experience at Stern and Bow. Will definitely be back. Food was excellent, huge shrimp, great oyster selection. Very well done.
A great Valentineâs Day Dinner. Never disappointed at Stern Bow. It is definitely our go to place.
