I'm very disappointed. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and was assured it would be freshly made, with service rated at best a 3. When we opened the cake and sang Happy Birthday, the cake was extremely hard, not soft at all. Our guests were surprised and confused. I felt so embarrassed and upset that I wanted to rush back to this incompetent place, demand a refund, and throw the cake at the baker. They ruined a special moment. I have no idea why the cake was so hard, but it was definitely not fresh. I will never use this bakery again and will not recommend it to anyone.
Mc Bakery and Coffeeshop II offers delicious, well-prepared food with a varied menu. However, the restaurant is currently struggling with staffing, as only two employees handle the entire counter. This can cause long wait times, particularly during busy periods. Unfortunately, I experienced a longer wait than expected and eventually left. To improve customer satisfaction, Mc Bakery and Coffeeshop II truly needs to hire additional staff to enhance their service.
I ordered a cake for pickup at 2 PM, but it wasn’t ready until 3:40 PM, and they never called to inform me of the delay. When I finally received the cake, it looked nothing like what I had ordered. When I called to address my concerns, the woman who answered was rude and unprofessional, denying that they had taken my order. Due to their poor customer service and unprofessional behavior, I will never order a cake from them again.
I wish I can give 0 star, today was the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to food. I found a cockroach in my coffee the worst part was that I noticed after I was done drinking it when I was going to drink my last sip I noticed the cockroach I couldn't believe it I threw up and took the cup to the bakery and let them know what happen I didnt want no money back I would never buy from there ever again.

I love their cakes and have been ordering from them for over ten years. Although the name has changed, the quality of the cakes remains excellent. Their cake delivery service is also reliable, with a friendly and punctual delivery person every time.
