Y'all, when I say this is the best burger joint arguably in all of South Carolina, I am not joking. I would put this up to any burger in this state. Forget Pawleys Porch. Forget Five Guys. This place is phenomenal. Food is cooked to order. Starting from the top the SBA (soft bun action) is perfect. A good soft bun, but not one that breaks apart with the condiments added on or fresh ingredients. That leads me to my next ingredient. The tomato's, lettuce, onions, pickles, all of the toppings are crazy fresh. Tastes like they just picked them out the garden and sliced them right away. Next the meat. First time ever coming here and I was immediately met with poor customer service. Me and a lady friend went there to try it out, and we stood back to let the cashier know we were looking and needed a second. She literally gave us a second and asked what can she get for us. I told her one moment and she rolled her eyes. Having someone like this taking orders is ridiculous, since the counter is right in front of the door. I left went to McDonald’s and gotten better service. The atmosphere wasn’t that great and it looked like an episode of kitchen nightmare to be honest. Will not be revisiting, I can see there may be a “culture” there.
Our experience tonight at Steve’s was a God-send, literally. We’ve had a tough week and having the Bible on the table along with a verse of the day while we ate dinner was an answer to prayer. The food was absolutely amazing too! We can’t wait to come back the next time we are passing through! Thank you for your obedience to the Lord and your witness to your customers. Oh-and the prayer request board was super special too.
Stumbled on upon this place and I'm glad I did. 1 of the best dbl turkey burgers I've ever had seasoned well and juicy! Also got the brownie sundae which was awesome. A solid 5/5. Great Christian environment, Praise and Worship music playing, Bible on each table, wonderful food and incredible staff. We need more places like this. Highly recommended!! Thanks for a great meal and enjoyable experience.
I enjoy Steve's always. This visit the bun to meat ratio was a little unbalanced towards the bread. Always a go to spot would recommend to anyone.
