Pretty nice place. No Japanese here, of course, but it doesn't matter. They only offer rolls. Nigiri, there's no sashimi here. Miso, a couple salads and a snack. The choice of fish in the rolls is also small. It's mostly salmon and charcoal variations. And of course, a pretty big choice of vegetarian rolls. Cost-effectiveness is good. prices are pleasantly low. There are nets. You can take it with you. It's pretty good, apparently fresh. Well, yeah, the only place with that menu in town. The Japanese from Tokyo liked it, by the way. :
Das Sushi wird frisch zubereitet und die Zutaten sind von sehr guter Qualität. Das Sushi mit Frischkäse war nicht ganz so gut, da das Verhältnis von Gemüse und Frischkäse nicht stimmig war. Der Sushi-Reis könnte etwas klebriger sein, damit alles besser zusammen hält. Rundum zufrieden, mit etwas Luft nach oben.
Bin mindestens einmal die Woche da, Sushi wird immer frisch gemacht weshalb es zu manchen Zeiten halt etwas länger dauert. Geschmacklich immer 1a. Cool wäre ein Fischmenü ohne Krabben Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und immer gerne wieder! Spielt für mich für Sushi in Deutschland oben in der Liga mit
Guten Sushi, frischen fisch, super Qualität. In detmold Innenstadt den einzigsten sushi Restaurant. Es lohnt sich um telefonisch zum bestellen wann mann den sushi abholen möchtest.
