I like the other location on Loch Raven. The food is ALWAYS good. This is the 2nd time that I visited this store. I ordered a cheese fish sub the first time and it was awful, the fish patty was old and my bread was toasted to hard so I said I'd stick tothe chicken but sad to say that the chicken was bad this time too. The meat was dark, no seasoning and the oil was probably old.The food was not cooked well like at their other location. I ordered 4 wings and fries and all of my chicken wings lookeddeformed but fried...you know those handicapped looking wings with no end piece on the flat part and the real big drum stickwithout the stick. First of all, the half-and-half options at Stokos are fantastic. I really like them because they’re not too sweet, which suits my taste perfectly. If you choose to dine here, I highly recommend going for the fried chicken wings—they’re a reliable choice. On the other hand, I strongly advise against ordering the fried shrimp. Some pieces were overcooked, others cooked just right, and some were undercooked with a mushy texture. I considered sending them back but ended up discarding them since it was too far to return. This is actually the second time I’ve had an issue with my order; my first experience was also disappointing.

Hoping for better, I went with chicken this time, but it was also underwhelming. The chicken was dark, lacked seasoning, and the oil seemed stale. Overall, the food wasn’t prepared as well as at their other location. I also ordered four wings and fries, which sadly didn’t live up to my expectations either.
I ordered online from the Randallstown location, but my delivery never arrived. After waiting, I called and canceled the order, only to have the delivery driver show up two hours later. We explained to the driver that we had canceled the order. Now, five days later, I still haven't received my refund, and the restaurant is refusing to give my money back.

This store is okay. Their food isn't too expensive but they do need to change the oil they use in frying. Also, there is a particular guy there who is not so good with customer service. They don't wear name tags or anything. The other guys are cool and the store is always clean.
I placed a delivery order with Kingston, and he took it efficiently, accurately capturing everything I requested despite the large number of items for our sales staff. The food arrived fresh and hot. I highly recommend Stoko's for lunch! Kingston is fantastic!
The food here is consistently excellent, and the customer service is top-notch—everyone is very polite. Tony is particularly wonderful with customers; he really takes the time to listen to what you want.

Food was ok. Service can be improved. Atmosphere not welcoming and the associate was inpatient when taking orders. Needs to wear gloves when preparing our food.
