In Booths Corner, this place is a great spot to pick up fresh meat. When I arrived, I noticed a long line of people bustling to get to the front. The excitement? Everyone was trying to snag the last of the baby back ribs, which was quite amusing! It looked like a lot of fun, so I decided to join in and managed to grab one of the last slabs. Stoltzfus has several stalls in the Booth 's Corner Farmers Market and sells different items at each. I like the Produce and Meat stands, where I had some of the BEST meatballs (pre made, but raw you cook them yourself and center cut pork chops. Their own make loose sausage is terrific too in breakfast dishes or Italian baked pastas.
