It wasn't a good night. It took 30 minutes to get our appetizers. I ordered muscles, half the shells were empty. I informed the waitress who said she couldn't do anything and she had the manager. The manager was accommodating and apologetic and said he would decrease a percentage. Our waitress wasn't as attentive as we had, especially given the fact that the restaurant was empty. We have constantly dropped down here to refill on drinks and take over our deer order. When the duck came, it was a wealth of garlic in food that made it unusable for my cousin. We dined in the Bar area because we were told there would be a loud band playing live music in the dining room. I now have a new definition for loud! Even in the other room we couldn 't speak with each other. TV 's with sound on all around (on every wall) and LOUD music. We ordered an appetizer which we were told was the last one in the kitchen and after a 1/2 hour wait (during which other appetizers were served and cleared away) we were told that the appetizer was really sold out (read it was served to someone else). When I arrived and mentioned my name for the reservation, Joe, the manager, recognized me immediately from a phone call I had made a few days earlier. He kindly introduced himself and took us to our table. This was just the beginning of a wonderful evening. We ended up having some extra guests, but it was no issue at all— they accommodated us without hesitation! With Joe overseeing everything, delicious food, excellent service (though I apologize for forgetting our hostess' name), and a fantastic live band, our birthday celebration was truly magnificent! Thank you, Stonefish Grill... looking forward to our next visit!
When I arrived and stated my name for the reservation, Joe the manager knew exactly who I was from a phone call I 'd made days before the event. He kindly introduced himself, and led us to our table. This was just the start of all positive things to follow through-out the night. We ended up having a few extra guests but, no problem...they just simply accommodated us without hesitation! With Joe the manager, great food, great service (sorry but, I can 't remember our hostess ' name), and an awesome live band, our birthday event was simply marvelous! I really enjoyed the entertainment and the food was fantastic. It would be great to have a designated area for dancing and promote it that way to attract more customers. The atmosphere is beautiful, and I would definitely return; however, I would love to see this place evolve into more of a lounge restaurant. I think it would do really well, and you could even consider implementing a cover charge after a certain time. There's definitely potential here, but finding additional marketing strategies is essential to keep the business thriving.
It was really good. Service is authentic Italian, you really feel the family first atmosphere. They went out to sing happy birthday to my sister in Italian. The food was on time, filling and affordable. A good selection of wine. But no Red Mosacato. Except these 5 stars.
Although the chicken Pon's boy and salmon were excellent in taste and presentation, the bar could have used a bit of cleaning. The bartender attracted us with great drinks!
Visit NYE. No one was there, so it was initially skeptical. The service ended well as the food and drinks. No complaints about this visit.
