First of all, the customer service was very poor. I ordered a Stones Burger and specifically asked for it to be cooked well, but what I received was far from that. The waitress took a long time to come back and check on me, so I couldn't even let her know about the issue right away. She offered to remove the charge for the burger and replace it, but when I received my bill, the original burger was still charged, and the replacement was burnt. The manager on duty refused to take the charge off, so I requested to speak to another manager, but I was given the runaround. To top it off, there were bugs flying around the food. I definitely won't be visiting this place again.
Have eaten here twice now. The first time our food was decent and our waitress was very good. This past time the waiter was not friendly and did not check on us once during the meal (we needed another set of silverware and more napkins). Our food was okay but the breakfast burrito fell a part immediately from being completely soggy and did not look appetizing.
Absolutely horrible!!! Had to seat ourselves, servers couldn’t figure out who was going to wait on our table, then didn’t put our order in right. One plate was brought out 30 minutes before the rest and the servers did not see an issue. This place had 3 tables including ours occupied this is just poor excuses!
Ryan and Nicole are amazing bartenders! Jen is fantastic too! Russell, Rachel, and Carrie always make sure I have everything I need at my table. I absolutely love this place!
