I used to hold Storm Burger to a higher standard than most fast food chains, but after several visits to pick up my orders, I've consistently encountered issues with missing items or incorrect food. While I could overlook minor mistakes at first, the ongoing pattern of incompetence from this location has become frustrating. From now on, I will always double-check my orders because the quality of service here is no better than any other average fast food establishment. I've already filed a complaint with support@stormburger, as this level of service has become unacceptable.
