Very disappointed in the treatment by staff. I ordered through door dash for a pickup and after receiving confirmation of the order as well a text saying that my food was ready, I drove 30mins just to be told that my order is cancelled. I showed themessages and was told to contact door dash to get a refund since it's 2am (at the time of the conversation) their closed andtheirs nothing they can do. When I called door dash not only did they tell me that my order was NOT cancelled but still showedin progress if I cancel it I won't get a refund. The pizza is the standout at Straw Hat Pizza, offering excellent value for the price. I suggest avoiding the wings and especially the mozzarella sticks—they lack flavor entirely, so be sure to get marinara sauce to mask their blandness. The wings are small and just average, best enjoyed with plenty of your favorite sauce or ranch. Overall, stick with the pizza and skip the appetizers, particularly the mozzarella sticks.
My wife said it tastes like school pizza that they serve children in elementary school. I think it tastes like a cheap frozen pizza from Luckys supermarket. It was terrible. It was just a cheese pizza but no flavor. I wanted sausage but they didn't have any. I guess that was good for me though. I wondered why I never see anyone there. Don't think it will be there for long.
The pizza was pretty good, though it seemed a bit undercooked. When I first called, they hung up on me, but after I called back and addressed it, the man stayed on the line with me until I completed my online order. The pizza was generously topped and arrived within a reasonable time. It tasted even better after I reheated it in my air fryer for a few minutes.

Decently good pizza but I felt a little undercooked. my 1st call they hung up on me, I called them back and took them to task for it and the man stayed on the phone with me until I finished on my online order. Pizza had plenty of toppings. But wasbetter after it came out of my air fryer for a few minutes. The pizza arrived in a reasonable time.

I was just telling my husband that I bet this is going to be like that old school pizza we used to get back in the day dripping with cheese (mmmmmmm)! Gettingready to place my order now. The girl working there was fantastic. She was on her own during a busy Friday night and managed everything exceptionally well. Despite being overwhelmed, she maintained a wonderful and friendly attitude. The pizza was delicious. She definitely deserves a raise!
I absolutely adore their pizzas! The special is a must-try—it's amazing. I end up ordering a pizza nearly every other week. Also, being open until 2 AM is perfect for late-night cravings. I truly wish this restaurant all the best moving forward.
