This was the 1st time I ever visited this place I have heard some good things about it though. Cozy little joint and good location I will give you that. Not very impressed with the food I ordered though steak sandwich with caesar salad. I ordered my steak WELL done it was far from well done there was a puddle of juice under it more like med rare. The salad was 'drenched ' with dressing I could not eat it. I exchanged my salad for a greek salad which was good and the waitress took my steak back to be cooked more. It came back much the same as it was when she took it and still a puddle of juice under it still nowhere near well done. The waitress offered to take it back again but I told her no...
In Lethbridge, there are plenty of options for lunch! We chose Streatside because of the convenient parking, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We enjoyed a delicious Beef and Onion soup and some Yam fries. The service was good, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance with an interior designed to resemble an outdoor setting, complete with antique lamp lights and a lovely Ficus tree. If the weather is nice, you can also sit on the back patio. And don't forget about the desserts - they are amazing and all look homemade. Yum!
I went to this restaurant for takeout and didn't have to wait long. Unfortunately, the Burdett Street burger I ordered was very disappointing. The kaiser bun was dried out and the fries seemed like they were leftover from the day before. It's sad to see the quality decline since the change in ownership. I used to be a regular customer, but I won't be going back after this experience.
Yesterday, my family and I sat at the restaurant for an hour waiting for our dinner, only to discover that our order was never entered by the server. Despite this, there was no effort made to bring our food out to us. It was frustrating to wait for so long without any communication from the manager. We have decided not to return to this restaurant.
I absolutely adore the atmosphere of this charming local restaurant! My partner and I always choose this place for our date nights, and we have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the homemade desserts are simply incredible. I can't wait to experience dining on the patio once the weather gets warmer!
I recommend trying the mango chutney burger, it is delicious! The atmosphere is just average, but it's a great spot for lunch. Dinner may not be as good though.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have consistently been disappointed. The dishes are overly sweet and salty. I will not be returning.
Lethbridge, you have a lot of choices for lunch! We picked Streatside for convenience of parking but we got more than we bargained for.
Best restaurant in Lethbridge! Delicious food, fast service, nice atmosphere, well priced. Possibly the best cheesecake in Alberta.
