Stricker's - Tisch reservieren

Ich bin gekommen, um zu schummeln, während ich in einer nahegelegenen Werkstatt einen Job gemacht hatte, sonst besteht keine Möglichkeit, dass ich darüber hinweggekommen wäre. Aber wow, was für ein wunderschöner Ort und gutes Essen. Erstens ist es ein attraktives und einladendes Ambiente im Innenraum. Es war ungefähr am Samstagnachmittag, als ich dort war, aber alle externen Tische waren besetzt (ohne externe Heizung), was der erste Hinweis auf einen guten Platz war. It was the first time I went for Dinner at Stricker's. I didn't know what to expect so I was surprised to find a nice and cosy place filled with chatter and laughter from the guests. I've booked in advance which was good, because the...restaurant was fully booked. The waiter brought us to the table which was set in a nice way. Funny detail from my booking for this evening my name was set on an old wooden Scrabble board with wooden letters. We've ordered our menue and I was told, that unfortunately my starter was sold out. It didn't matter to me because I had a very good main course sliced beef with fresh winter vegetables and mashed potatoes fine dish! The same happened with the dessert sold...

I went there with friends to discover that the menu had changed. it is in the really exciting, but this time after it tried different things, it was super disappointing...not delicious and somehow polarizing! the service in this night was really not good and after waiting minutes to order a coffee we simply leave when no one really cared for us! although I like the setting, the combination between not so big food and bad service did not make the total experience a good one to remember.

Wir haben hier noch einen weiteren Versuch mit Freunden unternommen. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Dip zu unserem Apéro. Die Tauchgänge waren lecker, hausgemacht und mit einem gewissen Etwas. lecker. Das Essen danach war auch gut, aber ich denke immer noch, dass die neue Speisekarte nicht... ihr Bestes ist: Es könnten mehr Fischgerichte angeboten werden. Das Personal und der Service waren ausgezeichnet! Insgesamt ein toller Abend.

open restaurant near the railway station. many tables outside the dehor and many customers present. good service, a lot of choice of food, it is a type posh location for locals.
