I was very disappointed to say the least.We ordered the Caramelized Brussel Sprouts, Tuna Tartare, King Crab Benedict, and Brunch Butter Burger.The two shareable’s, the brussel sprouts and tuna tartare, we’re very good! And the reason why the food got three stars. The two main’s, the king crab benedict and brunch butter burger, were not good at all.The King Crab Benedict was bland and less to be desired. I had the wild Alaskan halibut which was to be served with roasted corn sauce, a spiced rub, jicama and Daikin with a soy and ginger reduction. Sounds yummy right? The dish that was served to me was a Cajun rubbed halibut which was slightly over done and almost too spicy to eat. The fish was in a bowl on top of a runny corn soup. There were a few shreds of jicama on top of the fish. The spiced rub totally overpowered every other flavor. No where did I taste soy or ginger. My friend said her salmon was delicious. I started with a plate of frites that came with various sauces, which were great. However, the staff member who brought them could not identify one of the sauces for us. I ordered a flatbread, which was just okay. The toppings were good, but the crust resembled cardboard. On the other hand, others in my group enjoyed their entrees, such as the truffle burger and prosciutto salad. I suspect I may have just made the wrong choice. Overall, I would be willing to return and give the restaurant another chance.
This was my second time here first time was dinner and this time was lunch. I had the tomato salad which was really good, hubby had the flatbread with prosciutto which he said was excellent. The mock tails were delish as well. Service was lacking, she said she had a crazy group upstairs that was taking up all her time and there was only one waitress for the whole place. This was our first visit to the restaurant, as it came highly recommended. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the cozy ambiance. We were there to celebrate a special birthday, and we had hoped they might surprise us with a special treat, like a dessert with a candle. We all ordered steak and fries, but unfortunately, the steak was chewy and tough, and the fries were overly salty.
Food was nice but we had a horrible waiter who was rude and I want to say raciest! I will never go back! I can go to a different establishment and be treated better and spend my money! Customer service isn't customer service anymore! Overpriced food and limited selection for food.
The food was absolutely fantastic! Every dish was delicious, and the ambiance was also lovely. I would rate the service at 4 out of 5, but that's only because our waitress seemed to overlook us after our main course was brought out, leaving us with empty glasses.
Terrific food and wonderful, friendly service. Though it's a nice big room, the noise levels can sometimes get a bit out of hand, even if the place isn't very crowded. Still, don't let this keep you from a fine meal at this lovely place. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Overall we spent $100 on a brunch for two people that was not good. It is a beautiful space but the value for money was not worth it. The one thing they did well was the breakfast potatoes. They were crispy and good!
