I used to always rate Stuzzichini highly. We have had many enjoyable and memorable times with friends and family, experiencing top-notch service. However, on our recent visit for a special family meal, we were extremely disappointed. The service has declined significantly. Two members of our group did not receive their order of a basic Frangelico Affogato Al Caffé, and they were not informed until after everyone else had finished their desserts. Additionally, an extra order of bread was brought out after we had already finished our starters. The server's attitude was not up to par. We had a wonderful birthday afternoon at this restaurant in one of their private dining rooms. The staff were all fantastic, especially our waitress Baiba. Thank you to everyone, especially for accommodating our vegan guests. The meal was for lunch and cost £60-70 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch and we highly recommend the Small Antipasto and Cheeseboard, as well as the Bruschetta Classica.
6 of us went for a bottomless brunch for pre Christmas celebration. Baiba kept our glasses topped up and made us feel very welcome and at ease.
