I ordered the bhan mi and eggplant appetizer. The bhan mi was ok. it lacked fresh herbs and vegan mayo. Slices of jalapeno would have been nice as well. I was surprised that the hot sauce offered for the bhan mi was tabasco. you can usually get sriracha for asian type dishes. The battered and fried eggplant was oily and lacking taste. The dipping sauce that came with was pretty oily as well. The serer suggested this dish after I was asking for a small dish and lighter fare. The fried eggplant was not light nor small, which would have been ok if it tasted better. I wasn’t to support vegan places but I was disappointed in the lack of effort in these items. Delightful vegetarian restaurant in Fallsgrove in Rockville. This visit was my first time and I would certainly go back. It's very comfortable and casual with a lot of streaming into the restaurant. We received very attentive service from the one gentleman manning the counter. I really liked the Shredded Medley bowl. It was flavorful and crisp.
This is one of my favorite vegan foods in Montgomery county! It is an American/Vietnamese fusion. The food is very flavorful and really fresh!
