We didn't make a reservation because we were unsure of our arrival time. As a result, we had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated on a busy Friday afternoon, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. However, the wait wasn't a problem since we spent our time exploring the shop connected to the restaurant, which we could have browsed for hours! Once we were seated, we were served water in mason jars, which I absolutely loved, along with their complimentary flower pot bread. I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I have to say that the setting and ambiance are quite unique—I really fell in love with it. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the food. The menu has some great options, but what actually came to our table left a lot to be desired. My friend ordered the salmon, which the server boasted was sushi quality, allowing her to choose how she wanted it prepared. She requested it rare, but it arrived fully cooked. I ordered the pork tenderloin, and it was quite dry and overcooked, resembling sawdust covered in sauce. I was very disappointed considering the prices! The service was mediocre and a bit slow. Family traveling through from Germany and we only had a day to meet them near Philly. This was THE perfect place! Food, shopping and conversation all in one place. Food wasn’t disappointing. And the coffee was also very good. Reservations recommended. We had no idea there was a fall festival being held so it was very busy, but still very nice. We wanted something relaxing, not in the city, and this fit the bill. Our first experience as we are from the Scranton area, but we plan to return.
This is an outstanding farm-to-table restaurant in a lovely setting, offering both healthy and delicious food. The mushroom soup was the best I've ever tasted, and the steak entrée was excellent, as was my Angus burger. Be sure to try the caramel apple cheesecake—it was superb! I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for dinner, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The price per person ranged from $20 to $30, which I found to be quite reasonable for the quality of the meal. One standout dish that I highly recommend is the Flower Pot Bread with Seasonal Butter. It was not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious. Overall, it was a lovely evening, and I look forward to returning soon!
This place has really gone downhill. The food was flat out not good. Had the Campanelle that was disgustingly sweet and the bee sting latte that may have just been cayanne and water. Also, received an email for a glass of Prosecco for our anniversary from the Glen Mills location but they’re BYOB so they couldn’t honor it or offer an alternative. Overall, I think it has passed its prime and doesn’t warrant a return. Service: Dine in
Everything about this restaurant is fantastic! We've enjoyed dinner in all their different areas, and each one offers a unique atmosphere. It's perfect for both couples and larger groups. The servers and the chef really add to the experience! They are also accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions. We dined in for dinner, and the price per person is around $30–50.
Good food and in a good atmosphere it's a neat place to eat, I'm glad we stopped in!
