Ordered supper at 5pm, came at 7pm 2 hours later. Cold and missing half the food. Began to eat the sub and the steak was burnt and no cheese. The other sub was basically bread, lettuce and sauce no meat. Fries were horrible and old fries recooked. Called the restaurant at 7 they said they would get in contact with the manager and call us back. An hour later still no call so called them back again they said they will call the manager and call us back. Another 40 minutes later still no call so we called again. They proceeded to tell us that the owners wouldn't let them deal with it cause they were busy. Mean while 4.5 hours later unhappy customers who have been there before will not be returni...
We ordered our food for lunch to treat my staff for a work anniversary and had it delivered. None of the orders were correct. I was supposed to have a salad with chicken. It was a VERY small salad with minimal toppings and no chicken and no salad dressing. We orderd a pita platter and only received the Pita. We ordered greek potatoes and were given a salad in one order and fries in another. We had to call back twice just to place the order. Then we had to call them back after it was delivered. We will never be ordering from here again as.
Overpriced, awful food. Ordered for delivery today,it cost us 30$ for a club sub a la carte and a chicken caeser wrap combo, which were both unfortunately terrible. The wrap had a puddle of caeser dressing when I picked it up, the gravy was thick and chunky and the chicken in both the wrap and the sub was discusting. Definitely will not be ordering from here again.
Most of the time they are great, quick service, friendly staff. Some nights Ive waited over an hour for food, received incomplete orders, or even burnt food. Over all my experience is usually good.
