I know they are extremely busy and it's really hard to stay caught up but I wish they had someone to just answer the phone. That lady that works the drive in window at lunch is awesome. No matter how busy she is her attitude is always wonderful. Always a smile on her face. She is very courteous and she gets the orders out fast. Great sandwiches.
Food is great. Service is terrible. They usually have the phone off the hook so any calls won?t come through. And when you finally do get through they immediately place you on hold for 30 minutes while you hear them laughing and chatting with theiremployees and other customers.
Outstanding customer service. Very good sub sandwiches. Exceptionally clean. Reasonable prices. They have chef salad! Order inside. I would return. We bought 6 sandwiches, no sides,no drinks. They support local businesses with their business card wall.Great job!!!
I did not know that i has to pre order before going to the window. It was explained to me and the nice lady still took my order which i appreciate so much. Thank you for great customer service and the sub and sweet tea was on point as well.
