If I could give no stars I would I usually come to this location because it is close to my house but will be driving to a different one from now on. This is not my first bad experience with this store. None of the employees wear mask. I recently had Covid-19 and to think someone is making my food with out a mask makes me uncomfortable and seems unsanitary. When I went in today there was 1 girl stocking while the other girl was taking orders and making them. Which is no problem but there was a line with 3 people ahead of me. If I didnt love the taste of sub station 2 I would NEVER come here again. All of the employees and managers have the nastiest attitudes I've ever seen in my LIFE. And dont go in an hour before they close or try to do a call in order bc thier phone is purposely removed off the hook and they are already cleaning up and rushing people out the door 40 minutes before they close. I'm standing here as they are literally spraying cleaning supplies around the food. Ugghhh i just love my #19s too much.
There pretty good. Good customer service. The only issue I came across few days ago, when they want to charge extra for every little item from lettuce to peppers. I've been going to substation for many years, never once charge extra for any items. Not sure what going, or there some misunderstanding. I always for years get extra toppings and never been charge extra. I got my receipt for proof just incase.
Every time I came to this substation, the ladies were very nice and cordial. They work well together and I love their customer service. They keep the prep area clean and seem to care about the product they make to the customer. Stop the good work. We do not have many food options in this area.
