When I went in today, one girl was stocking while another was taking and making orders. That wouldn’t be an issue, but there was a line with three people ahead of me. Having worked in the food industry for five years, I find this extremely unprofessional, particularly when there’s a line. I always order the full range, but today something was missing—specifically the onions, and I had also ordered spinach, which wasn’t included either. Furthermore, when it was my turn to place my order, both girls were laughing, and it felt directed at me or something else entirely. They done went down hill. Now they make the salads ahead and give u only 2 tablespoons of meat. I used to enjoy going here but of lately, it sucks! Updated 11/3 Like a dummy, I decided to give them another try. Wanted a scrap salad but they were out of meat. I then asked could I do a #19 as a salad. Was told no, there was nothing they could do. Every Substation 2 that I go to seems to have great service except this one. Time after time it's some issue. The manager responded to my first review but best believe I never heard anything from anyone. The workers here always seem to have attitude and their customer service sucks. I only go here because it is literally down the street from my house...
If I didnt love the taste of sub station 2 I would NEVER come here again. All of the employees and managers have the nastiest attitudes I've ever seen in my LIFE. And dont go in an hour before they close or try to do a call in order bc thier phone is purposely removed off the hook and they are already cleaning up and rushing people out the door 40 minutes before they close. I'm standing here as they are literally spraying cleaning supplies around the food. Ugghhh i just love my #19s too much.
There pretty good. Good customer service. The only issue I came across few days ago, when they want to charge extra for every little item from lettuce to peppers. I've been going to substation for many years, never once charge extra for any items. Not sure what going, or there some misunderstanding. I had the opportunity to enjoy the roast beef and turkey ham sandwich on wheat, and it was amazing! The bread and vegetables were fresh, and the sandwich was made exceptionally well. I've been here twice recently, and I was impressed both times. I would definitely recommend this spot to others and will definitely come back. The prices were reasonable and comparable to other sub shops.
Whenever I visit this substation, I'm always greeted by warm and friendly staff. They work well together as a team, and I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service. The preparation area is kept clean, and they genuinely care about the quality of the food they serve. Keep up the great work! There aren't many dining options in this area.

The roast beef and turkey ham sandwich on wheat is exceptional. The bread is fresh, which really enhances the overall quality of the sandwich. After two visits, I've been thoroughly impressed.
