My first time eating at this place experience was terrible because the person over the phone was very rude. It took over 30 minutes for my food it be prepared and it was incorrect. The girl in the store talk it all up how long it took me to get my credit card but not the fact that she got my order wrong and my food was incorrect. I emailed the person who is the contact for the company and he emailed me once about the issue and hoping to get resolved but I’ve emailed him now three times and nothing has been really given a response from him. I?m giving them a 3 because I ordered through Caviar app after it directed me to them when I selected to pick up my order. My friend went to pick it up at the scheduled pick up time (roughly 35 minutes after placing the order and was told they don?t usethat app, and they didn?t receive my order. They were shown the receipt via phone and the cashier called her boss and the bossstill declined to make the order. Once my friend returned and I called them to ask them how was there no order but they took mymoney. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guy who works at the Lee Rd location is EXTREMELY rude every time I come to get food. He’s tall, lanky, tatted, and disgruntled because at 40+ years old he’s taking orders at a Sub Shop for $12 per hour and can only talk about his aspirations to be a rapper. I came in recently, ordered my food, he couldn’t find my order in the system, didn’t give me the correct change, got my order and it was still incorrect. I am giving this restaurant a 3-star rating because I ordered through the Caviar app. Initially, I chose to pick up my order after being led to them by the app. However, when my friend went to pick up the order at the scheduled time, they were told that the restaurant did not use the app and did not receive my order. After showing them the confirmation on my phone, the staff called the chef to make the order. Despite the confusion, the young cashier on the phone was very polite and tried to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service !! I asked them what were my options on a order that they messed up, They told me they couldn?t fix my order until the next day because school just got out and they have to serve other customers. I went back to subcity where theydid not respect me blamed everything on me. Claimed that I always cause problems every time I go in there when this would be mysecond time coming to this location. On top of it all my potato bowl that they ?fixed? was completely submerged in oil, and thestaffing started cursing at me like I wasn?t a valued customer!! I would not recommend this location !!

Tonight, I asked Raj Singh, the owner, why the walkway to the parking lot was dangerous due to being covered in ice and snow. He explained that it was the city's responsibility to clean it and that it wasn't his problem. I mentioned that he should show some courtesy towards his customers and prioritize their safety. I found his response completely unacceptable. As I was leaving, Singh shouted at me, which was quite unprofessional. Despite the good food, if this is how the owner treats his customers and likely his staff, we won’t be returning.

Restaurant is Dirty and it's only a kitchen and a place to order your food... Wings can be over cooked often, and not adequate amount of dressing used by the cooks... Also found hair in the food more than once.. proper training is needed.. I ate theirtwice, not going back... This review is just to help those look out for these signs..
