Every time I place an online order here, it isn 't made when I come in, which is always AFTER the time it says it should be ready on the Subway app. However, the experience I had on Tuesday had to have been the WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant. When I arrived, the doors were locked and I was told that they were closed because all the employees had walked out. The two employees that were there were arguing with each other and dropping f-bombs left and right. Those two eventually walked out. I came by .. no body to serve customers for 10 mins.Update: after 10 mins. of waiting a young pale blue-eyed guy came so nervous and started serving my order .. smashing bread and cook wear in the toaster, then he left my order after being toasted and started serving the next customer .. I left in the middle of the sandwitch-building process ..And headed directly to the opposite side where Macdonald's says WELCOME.I have never received such a demeanor customer service before .. even in my home country.Just conduct a drug test for the whole staff .. there is something wrong amongst them all.Update 2:After finishing my meal at McD.Despite the fact that they are rated 2.9 and Subway is rated 3....
I arrived at 12:30 a.m. only to find out they were out of broth! Fortunately, I was in the mood for a salad, so I didn’t have to wait. However, I felt bad for the long line of about ten people waiting for sandwiches. Social distancing? That was definitely not happening today. I understand that they can get busy and run low on supplies, but with three employees on duty, someone should have noticed they were running out of broth. On a positive note, once the broth was available, they quickly implemented a system to expedite service and assist those waiting. Otherwise, I would have rated them higher.
There were 4 employees there, 3 just standing around chatting while the fourth took about 10 minutes to make 2 kids Turkey sandwiches. The speed was unbearably slow. My 4 year old would have been faster. At one point two of the employees left to go talk to someone in their car in the parking lot. The one actual “worker” then took another ten minutes to make my sandwich. I’m not exaggerating. We were there for like 45 minutes but only about 10 of that were we sitting down and eating.

I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich but received a chicken and bacon sandwich instead. No one in line ordered bacon, and I even mentioned twice to the staff that if a light-skinned guy was working, they should have anyone else make my sandwich. It's clear he struggles with understanding English or basic instructions.
It's tough to find a quick meal that can compete with Subway. The bread was fresh, and the sandwiches were expertly prepared. The service was both friendly and professional. I tried one of the mini slider sandwiches; while it tasted good, I wouldn't say it was the best choice.
Updated review: The service was excellent, and it felt peaceful. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated how they made me feel welcome. I'm genuinely happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back!
This was our first time dining at this Subway, and we chose to eat in. It turned out to be the best sub, chips, and drinks we've ever had at any Subway. Thank you!
