In my opinion, Subway should ensure that their employees are fairly compensated so that they take pride in their work and provide at least a basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, the staff at this location seemed disinterested in both customer care and food quality. During my visit today, the employee making my sandwich struggled to understand my order, despite my attempts to be as clear as possible and even repeating myself several times. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, and ultimately, I left without any food because there was a line behind me, and I felt embarrassed having to continuously explain that the type of bread she selected wasn’t the correct one.
I'm disappointed that my comment regarding the incident with the gentleman who had a neck tattoo was taken down. He insulted me, calling me a "faggot," which was completely uncalled for and stemmed from his own mistakes. This incident occurred during Pride Month, making it even more upsetting. It seems that your staff may lack proper training in social interactions and their responsibilities, as he clearly wasn't prepared to handle his role. I believe there is significant room for improvement at this restaurant.
The customer service at this restaurant was quite lacking. I stopped by on a Sunday to pick up a sandwich for the football game, but I was disappointed to discover that all the vegetables, which were advertised as fresh, were actually frozen. When I spoke to the manager about this, she responded in a condescending manner, rolling her eyes and suggesting that my request was unreasonable. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.
I ordered two footlong sandwiches and was let down by the service I received. The staff appeared unmotivated and slow. They didn't follow basic instructions and weren't willing to clear up any confusion about my order. I asked for ranch dressing but ended up with peppercorn ranch instead. After a long day at work, I opted for a quick meal at Subway tonight. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by Nevah and Billy. They were swift and efficient, and their engaging personalities made the ordering experience enjoyable. They definitely deserve recognition and a raise!
What a rip-off! I recall when the $5 footlong was a popular option, but now it's gone up to $15. Inflation hasn't soared to 300% since the '90s, so it's obvious that this is just pure greed, much like what we see everywhere else. At these prices, I might as well dine out instead.
