Always have to wait. Even though there?s at least 3 people there working, only one working the counter, every time I go. Well, never again. Manager needs to get involved and teach these kids a little customer service.
Although there are three Subway locations in Carlsbad, I believe the one on Pierce St. is by far the best. The staff is knowledgeable and the sandwiches always taste better each time I visit.
I enjoy fresh food, and my sandwich was tasty. However, the sandwich artist made it a bit difficult for me. That said, I appreciate her great attitude, and she even took a picture.
