Did not honor EBT. I had searched location prior to arriving at Subway on Google; stated that I had to order In Store to use EBT card for purchase. Then when I asked about promotion of ordering online and getting 1/2 off with Bogo code on Footlong, Iwas also told NO . Host was not helpful and had a attitude. No wonder why it was empty at a time when it should have been busyduring lunch.
Refused to apply the discount to the coupon we had. After we Refused then sandwiches they them began to mock us by offing the sandwiches for free to other costumes in the store! Every time i come here the workers are always just standing around and when it comes time to making a sub they take they're sweet time ive ordered online before showed up 20 min later and my order still was not ready I understand there was one othercustomer but when you order online it should be ready once you get there
